I’ve been buying houses not too long ago in Houston, I would say it was 2017 when I started, after buying my first house, I didn’t really know what I was doing. I lost a lot, got so stressed out and thought about quitting the Real Estate Business.
At 2019, I started picking it up again, bought a property, fixed it up, and sold it back on the market and made a marginal profit and started doing it over and over again. At about the same time, I finally had the courage to quit my full time Job as a Prison Guard in Livingston, TX.
I finally had more time with my family, I have four kiddos and a loving wife who supports me in all my ventures. I wouldn’t be here without her…
